An injury can set you back - but not everything

I took a week off from exercise this week because of a problem I've been having with my arm that I've decided comes from the way I was typing on my laptop in conjunction with exercising I was doing. I completed my SparkStreaks for April but I'm starting May behind the 8-ball. What I realize I CAN CONTROL, even when I can't exercise, is what I take in to my body. Even without exercising I continue to lose weight and my pants are fitting more loosely.

EVERYTHING is not in our control but some things are and it's those things on which I choose to focus. OMG, this just reminded me of the serenity prayer used in 12-step programs.
