While I said there's no real restart, there is getting back to basics. One thing that works for me is tracking a few goals. Here are my daily goals for the remainder of May.

1. Drink 64 oz. water

2. Measure and track food

3. Squat Challenge

4. 30-60 minutes of fitness from Brenda's a la carte fitness menu:
30 Day Shred
4 or 5 mile walk at home DVD
4 mile walk outside
7 mile bike ride
