We are off at last!!! emoticon
We will be together for the next 8 weeks and I am very happy for this. emoticon
Easter vacation is at the end so, let's see what we can do (I think we can do our best)
For the beginning, today:
I walked 20 min early in the morning. emoticon
I did a good stretching for 6 min. emoticon
I cleaned up the house and cooked stuffed vegetables emoticon
I cleaned up my fridge. emoticon
I prepared a nice lunch for me and have a talk with my daughter. emoticon
I gave one hour to Spark People (my page, members blogs,trackers...) emoticon
I did my strength training for 55 min emoticon
Another good stretching for 6 min emoticon
Then off for the swimming pool for 40 min emoticon
After all this, I will make myself pretty and go to celebrate a friend's birthday. The bad news is that celebration in Greece means a lot of food late in the evening emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
I will try to do my best, but this is not a promise... emoticon emoticon

You have done so much already. Way to go!
Good luck on your 5% challenge. Enjoy your
friend's birthday. I blew it yesterday as I went
to a wedding. Today I was taken out to a Mother's
Day breakfast and started being mindful of what
I ate. Back to the drawing board as they say.
I hope you have a lovely Mother's Day. emoticon
