Am back with our eldest son and family and it's great to have the same facilities as I have at home. Winter is setting in and although I saw some youngsters looking ultra casual as in still wearing shorts & going about in their barefeet I can certainly feel the cold now and that isn't just old age. In a months time I will be doing that ultra long journey am certainly not looking forward to that. At least the summer will have started over in the UK. It's been an eventful few months to say the least & despite my children saying they love me being near them they have their own lives here and personally I miss my own space. I've enticed my 3rd son and his wife to sign up to Sparkpeople and we actually did some aerobics during my stay with them. Today another daughter in law and I did Zumba off the Zumba dvds, my fitness level has dropped somewhat but Wellington nicknamed Wellywood is built on steep hills so I may venture out and take a few walks during my stay in this city. Sometimes I feel I've overstayed my welcome - maybe that's a wake up call to harden up or something. Anyway it's bedtime now.

we are looking forward to having you back! It's raining here this afternoon but we did have a glorious morning of sunshine.
I'm sure you will find a way to lose the hours on the plane, do you manage to sleep?

Well, it seems you will be in the antipodean lands with your family on Mother's Day, so that is a nice fit that I think should be celebrated! Glad you are getting back to warmer climes soon! The walks sound really nice, and I hope you get some in before you return to the UK. I have always wanted to visit New Zealand, so post some photos if you get them, too? :)
