AND...although I usually do not weigh myself, I got on the scale yesterday. I've been hovering at 150 lbs. for a while, earlier this week, I shot up to 152, but that was because of tom. When I got on the scale yesterday: 148.8 lbs.!!!! emoticon So, depending on how you look at it, I either lost 4 lbs. or 2 lbs. emoticon

This week at work has been very busy and exhausting and I just haven't been able to drag myself to the gym. But I went Friday! I'm proud I overcame the negative voices in my head and just went. I literally had to force myself to stay on the elliptical for 30 minutes and I didn't push myself, but I did it! emoticon

Feeling like a winner this morning. I have to work today (boo!), but I'm looking forward to having Sunday & Monday off. Have a great Spark weekend! emoticon

    You're on a roll. I've been feeling lazy this week, but I tell myself to get on the treadmill 10 minutes and I end up having a good time, so I stay on for 80 or 90.

    I am envious of anyone who can do the elliptical....30 minutes, no less! When I belonged to a gym, I couldn't do the elliptical for 5 minutes. Yes, my legs are that weak! It is a struggle for me to walk 10 minutes!

    WTG on the weight loss, and getting to the gym. You rock!
