Wasted Time

I found that I can track my food and fitness on Spark people while I am watching TV. I love to read and spend at least an hour a day reading. Today I read for 30 minutes while I walked on the treadmill. Easy. Another change I could make would be taking the stairs at work instead of the elevator.

    I always read while walking on the treadmill. Also, I get BOOKS ON TAPE and listen to them while walking. I loved the "Book" "The March" by E. L. Doctorow on the Civil War with "Uncle Billy" William Sherman and his March from Atlanta. Great book to listen to.

    Another wonderful book is "The Known World".
