I am having a really hard time. A few weeks ago I tore my right gluteal muscle, at least it felt like it tore when it happened. it still hurt so bad and I can't do any lunges. This week was a break from bootcamp, so it has been over a week since I exercised. the butt still flipping hurts. New round of Bootcamp starts on Monday. I miss it sooo much but I don't want to hurt it anymore. Work has been exhausting and I find myself looking for excuses to skip the next round. I have made such progress in my eating and exercising. The trainer for bootcamp is awesome......
