Strength Training is Totally Gone?!

Friday, May 10, 2013

I went to try to put together my strength training for the day and it's totally gone now! I don't see any link to put together a strength training routine, except maybe groupings, which looks like it takes a bit of work to do - not the kind of thing I want to do now, while I wait until hubby is ready for bed (after the hockey game). :p~~~~~~

Sparking used to be easy, almost fool-proof and I used to promote it, even when I was a certified personal trainer! I'm hugely disappointed. :( This really needs to be fixed! Not everyone has the ability to put their own program together. I do, but I just don't have the time right now to play with the new Sparkpeople programming. Either way, it's not good. :(

I came here for motivation as I can put together my own strength training routine however, the problem I have is starting it! I'm into everything else, Insanity, biking, treadmill and even jogging to name a few and know, this is what I need to do to keep fit and to build and tone. Things happen and it seems that we make time for the things that are important to us and tha tare prioirities (talking to myself as well). All it takes is for me to do it, and I will! This in an indirect way, has helped me, thanx! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I was really annoyed that info wasn't transferred over for me. I thought the routines I already had set up should have been automatically transferred over into my groups. emoticon

I put together a program just to see if I could do it. Obviously, I'm an idiot because, while I was able to do it, it took me forever. I decided I won't bother to do that again. Life is too short! emoticon
