Dear Scale, Please move!!!!

So, I've been watching what I eat (VERY closely) and exercising daily for the last month. The first week that I actually weighed myself I went down 3 lbs. I haven't seen the scale move since!!!! Ugh!!!

Last week I took my measurements and I'm trying desperately to wait a full month before doing it again, but, I really (really, really) want to see some sort of payoff for my hard work.

I am going to pray for patience... it's not my strong point! emoticon

    Hi there...one thing to remember, its not always pounds you lose but inches...So just keep up the good work! You can do this!
