Prepping for HIPPY CHICK

So tomorrow I am walking the hippy chick half marathon. I am super excited, but did not work out yesterday, and will not work out today either (I have gotten a ton of advice of just letting my body get good rest and let it prep for the big push). It has made me a little cranky (not working out) and it is so funny that even after three days working out becomes something that I look forward to. I am actually really happy I decided not to run it. I know from experience that when I push my body to the limit, I get a mental block towards working out. I know after I did hood to coast, and the weekend after hiked 23 miles, and there was a long time when I really did not even want to work out. So anyway, eating habits are going well, had a great breakfast. Tonight I have a dinner with a ton of people, and this weekend is mothers day, so I have to be really careful. I am down to 125, and my goal is to not gain any weight on Monday morning. ok got to go.
