Yea its Friday

I still have low energy levels and have been very tired after work. I have been exercising less and meditating more, at least 1 hour a day.

My meals have been ok but not 100% whole30 compliant, I do enjoy my meals, so many colours, all those different vegetables that I have been trying.,.. my thanks go out to PIXIEWIXIE for the recipes on her blog....they are so good.....try them.

I have done some walking today, just me and my faithful mute roxy. Have a great weekend everyone.

    Hey! What was your favourite recipe so far? I think mine was the aubergine... mmm. The W30 still counts if it's not 100% perfect. This was my second time around and I decided it was going to be about mindfulness rather than perfection. Ya learn heaps anyway and eat much better, I think. emoticon emoticon emoticon
