Spring into Summer Challenge starts tomorrow....goals

I made the commitment and joined the Spring into Summer Challenge which begins tomorrow. I have a few butterflies emoticon I have had bad eating habits since last June. I am making changes and here are my challenge goals:

-Track my food emoticon

-Drink 8 glasses of water emoticon

-Track my steps with pedometer with target of 10,000 steps each day

-Add 2 days of Curves exercise to current line dancing and walking program emoticon

Time to change my not so healthy habits! emoticon
