Learning to Stay Positive!

I have been working on keeping a positive attitude regarding my weight loss and exercise program. I am an extremely slow loser and so it would be very easy to become discouraged and down about it. I have decided to work on loving myself as I am and holding my head up high for what I have accomplished so far. I may take the rest of my life to get there, but with the Lord's help I will make it!
