I am going to believe that this is why the scale is jumping up on me and stick to my guns and HOPEFULLY by next week this time even if the scale hasn't moved maybe the measuring tape will be a bit smaller.
I have to admit my butt and thighs had a real good workout from that hilly walk and I can still feel it and a few of the arm exercises really can be felt in the triceps ...Be Positive Be Positive Be Positive repeat repeat repeat
