I am having so much excitement I cant stand it al yesterday I had allergy testing and I learned I am allergic to milk eggs what oats shrimp watermelon inion and cocoa bean. so if this is all bad what is left to eat?
Buffalo, Kangaroo, Alligator, rice, potatoes, parsnips, eggplant, greens, rice noodles, bok choy, cherries, plums, mangoes...yum! I have some food sensitivities. Finding alternatives will be a lot of fun for you, like it was for me - think of your plate as "half-full", not "half-empty"! LOL!!!
