Day 2 - Epic failure

Its not my first time at this and I know it takes some time and focus to get into the groove. So I'm not going to beat myself up. As usual made some good decisions for breakfast and lunch and did my exercise. I actually had a healthy and filling dinner. Then I had a huge serving of brownies and went to a professional soccer games and had 8-9 buffalo wings with blue cheese and 2 full calorie beers. Tomorrow will be a better day. Got to get to bed to get my 8 hours of sleep.
