How I overcame my Week of Struggles=SUPPORT

This past week has been one of many struggles. I have a tendency to beat myself up when I overdo my nutrition for the day. My husband and I went to Red Lobster on Saturday and I thought I chose a good meal and found out when entering I was close to going over and I did not even have dinner yet.
Solution: I just finished the entire meal (I had saved half) and decided to overdo on just that day. The next day back on track.

I was out on a bike ride the next day and feeling down and needing to talk to someone and called my girlfriend and she did not answer and so I left a message. I never received a call back (she did mention she is having issues with her phone earlier in the week).
Semi Solution: I just kept riding on and plugging away. Later that day made a salad with my husbands assistance and moved on to the next day. Never really talked it out, just worked it through for the day.
Solution: As the days progressed, I was doing well and staying on track but something was just not right. So I started to network with my buddies at work and talking things through and I also reached out to my buddies here online. Finding the solution for this one took some time, but it turned out to be SUPPORT!

I only messed up one day and exceeded my goals on the rest of the days, but was just feeling a bit down and THANKS TO ALL OF MY SUPPORT, I made it!

Tonight, I lost a total of 10 pounds since joining TOPS as of 4/17. Prior to joining TOPS, I lost 6 pounds re-igniting MY SPARK!

My successes just this week, starting last Saturday 5/4:
-2 lb loss on Sparks (weigh ins on Sat. AM)
-Another 2.2 loss with TOPS (weigh ins on Wed. PM)
-Received a bracelet for my 10-lb loss at TOPS
-Got to bring Mr. Bear home yet another week, as I was the biggest loser.
-Received my Spark Solution Book
-Have gotten in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day
-My son is back on U.S. soil, from Afghanistan.

I am proud to say I have done an AWESOME JOB this week and am proud to say I worked through the struggles with a little SUPPORT!
