Gluten-free Day 17

Well, I am more than 2 weeks into this and I must say, I do not feel any different. I have been journaling about my energy levels and my digestion to see if there are any difference and... nada...

I am still going to stick it out for the full 30 days, but I have a feeling I am just not sensitive at all to gluten. At least not in any way that is palpable.

This Saturday, May 11 begins the Spring 5% Challenge. My plan is to limit my non-freggie carbs to one serving per day. They may or may not include gluten as soon as this 30 days is over. But this has been good practice at avoiding bread and crackers and pasta and cereal.

I hope to see many of you out and about at the airport and arriving at our destinations! Bon Voyage! May we all be 5% lighter in 8 weeks! Here's to July!
