When you set your mind to it then it's amazing what can be accomplished. I am 4 #'s down from just a few days ago. Although, a lot of it is prior water weight that finally went away. But, I also have "cut out" the snacking & I am only eating small portions at mealtime. Also, the beverage of choice is now "water." It's amazing all the calories in some of the beverages out there.
