Simple Tracking

I started to simply track the good, the bad and the ugly with this website and my fitbit and mobile weight watchers. With all these tools available, I am making a concentrated effort to control this binge eating I have been on, start seeing bigger and better results on the scale, striding closer and closer to my goal.

So it is time for me to own, to track it, to plan better meals. to follow through, to do the hard work to get the awesome results I want and envision for my life and my future,
