Spurts of Movements Throughout The Day...

Today was a good day for movement. At work I got in a very fast paced 5 minute aerobic routine. Then when I got home did Leslie Sansone 1 mile express and then right before dinner did Leslie Sansone 500 steps which is about 5 minute's. So today I had gotten in 30 minutes without really knowing. What are some other ways you Sparker's rack up exercise throughout the day? emoticon

    Besides my intentional exercise on the treadmill or running outside, I park a little farther at stores, always takes the stairs and try to get in as many steps as I can during the day.
