Hey everybody. How is your fitness week going?
Do you ever have those days where you just feel like you HAVE TO go out for a run? Yeah, that happened for me today. I like to get in a run on Tuesdays, Thursday, and Saturdays. So I just felt like I really had to run. Even though it was raining. I waited until the big burst of rain had ended at least. I guess my body is getting used to the habit of running on those days. So I got in an hour (4 miles) around the block. I also ate healthy and kept within my goals.
Remember, "if you wait for the right conditions, nothing will ever get done."
