Off to make it a terrific Tuesday!

Tuesday, May 07, 2013

Co-worker had emergency call at her parents so was by myself yesterday. Didn't even get away for the lunch hour...athough it was raining and couldn't walk at the park. Made for a long day and just came home worn out and beat. Hubby had meeting so I puttered around and pulled a few weeds etc. Felt good just being a long. Then was up off and on last night. Lots of things racing through my mind...things for work, things around the house etc.

This weekend will be busy. Going with hubby to big car show. Then spending Sunday with Mom. Reminds me I need to send her Mother's Day Card to her....

Daughter in process of getting hired for new position...answering interview questions via e-mail, sending referrals etc. They haven't sat down and talked about the hiring details but looks like it will progress that way. Hasn't told her work yet. Don't think they'll be surprised. She's very talented so they have suspicsions she will move on. She is starting to get excited about the change and seems to be looking forward to it. Change is hard for her and she is going through lots of changes this year with upcoming wedding :)

I'm kinda in a blah stage right now. Need to step it up and get refocused.

Still working on my attitude with my work. I wake up thinking of things i need to do and didn't get done. I hate being that way.

Off to adjust my attitude and make it a great day!
