I did it.

This morning I was determined to do something.
Anything to get my body going in the right direction.
I had a Banilla yogurt and fresh strawberry smoothie for my breakfast.
And I wondered what fitness I would try and succeed at today. I had dressed appropriately and even put on my shoes.
I got an e-mail from Jonathan Roche No Excuses workouts. It was how I started the weight loss machine before. So I clicked the link. There was a in your chair interval exercise video.
So I did it.
Sometimes sitting,
Sometimes standing.
I wore my heart rate monitor and I did it.
I truly did.
I burned 251 calories in half an hour.
It didn't kill me.
A lot of it was hand and arm exercise. Yes I was still careful regarding my neck and shoulders and low back.
I did it.
