I GOT IT!

I found out Friday that I got the promotion I was gunning for....and it comes with a HUGE raise! So much more than I was expecting or anticipating. I felt so overwhelmingly blessed I had to run to my office so I could cry in private. All thanks go to God for this blessing that will allow me to be debt free 5 months earlier than originally planned.

Today I'm praying for my mom. She has to have a colonoscopy (sp?) this morning to make sure she doesn't have colon cancer. The doctor doesn't think she does but its the only thing she hasn't been able to rule out that could cause the symptoms she is having. I'm a little worried (and I can tell she is too) even though I think everything will be ok. As soon as you throw out the "C" word it would make anyone worry right?
