Off to another week! Wonder what this week will bring?

Daughter is e-mailing with prospective boss in audiology about her coming to work for them. Had to e-mail answers to questions for a prospective employee. It will be a change in career but it may be a good move for her.

Good service yesterday and it came to me again that maybe God is using me where I am for co-worker. She is getting more plugged into a church and getting involved but also growing deeper in her faith.

Mom seemed in relatively good spirits but getting more confused with time and details. Spending the upcoming Sunday afternoon - Mother's Day with her. Hubby will be gone and after church we will have a girls day shopping...She wants to look for shoes. We look for those every time we go out. Daughter helped her pick out two pairs and she's never worn them. She can be child like a refund from medical receipts hubby sent in for her and she wants to spend it! The money is burning a hole in her pocket. We always go looking for shoes when we shop...mostly we don't usually find any. I will have to work on having a lot of patience with her. I seem to let her get under my skin recently. It is a priviledge to care for her in her latter years. She is just an extra grace required person. I seem to get enough of difficult people through the week and have little patience for her complaining and critical spirit.

Hopefully weather is great this week and I can get out and walk at lunchtime....

Gotta start patching walls. BFF and her Mom come back Memorial Day weekend for another marathon of painting and getting projects done for the upcoming wedding. 96 more days or something is the countdown.
