Well, I went and weighed myself today and I lost a pound. Woohoo. I know that I would have lost like 3 or 4 pounds this past week, but it is that TOM. One good thing about losing weight and working out, the symptoms aren't as bad as they used to be for me. They are actually very tolerable.

Now if I can only get my water intake to get where it should be and I want it to be. Also, I need to get the job search kicked into high gear and find a job before winter. Then that way I can get my own place with my boyfriend and I can also get my son back from his dad.

Going through a rough time right now with that. Hopefully everything will work out like I want it to. And hopefully by next Christmas, I will have everything done that I want to get done. And maybe by then I will have my sleep apnea under control also.
