woo hooo....what a day....started my day with a nice breakfast and then an early hour long walk (3.1miles) with my hound dog....IT WAS GREAT AND PUT ME IN A GREAT MOOD FOR THE DAY!!!...AWESOME!!!...did some house work....cooked some chicken over a fire....then went to work....and boy were we busy....sure i put on and extra ten miles just running around....now very exhausted and ready for bed now!!!
