Where to start...where to start....

I'm doing a May Photo a Day Challenge...

Day 1: Shoes - Chillin on the deck before work

Day 2 - Handwriting. A cute little note my niece left on my fridge when she was visiting

Day 3 - Button. These are some of my fave buttons lol. Blue buttons for delicious coffee and hitting that green button at the end of Friday means I'm sprung for the weekend!!

Day 4 - Drink. Ok I know these are not an actual drink...but they are adorable glasses for a good cause...Pet ResQ Inc.

Day 5 - Mexican. Pancho's Burritos Fresh Mexican Grill. I've never eaten here but I pass it every day haha

I bought these Diamond Candles for myself and my two stepdaughters...every candle has a ring inside worth $10, $100, $1000, or $5000.
This is mine...

These are my stepdaughters rings

This is my friends ring

They are all the $10 rings but they are still very pretty!

I am finally getting myself back on the healthy train! Grabbed a few things at Trader Joe's.
Goddess Dressing, Chicken Breakfast Sausage, Burgers, Brussels Sprouts, mini heirloom tomatoes, and Coconut Oil Cooking Spray

Started my day with a killer kickbox class...complete with a police chase in the parking lot hahaha

Did a little prep/batch cooking for the week...
Breakfast: Defrosting some crustless quiches I had in the freezer, grilled some of the chicken breakfast sausage, and fresh berries

Lunch: My new obsession...Mason Jar Salads! And I'm defrosting some rotisserie chicken to go with em

Threw the brussels sprouts on the grill while I was grilling the chicken sausage

I think that's enough for now...Have a fabulous week!!

I just bought the Coconut Oil spray and really like it! I also like the array of raw nuts and seeds that Trader Joe's has. I always pick up a bag of Brazil nuts since they're such a good source of selenium.

Lots of of good pics and the sausage ones remind me that I have some chicken sausages in the freezer I need to use up. Guess I know what I am making for dinner tomorrow. Bangers and mash! emoticon

Love love love!!! Awesome pics! Love the mason jars too! I recently found some inspiration online for different flavored waters as well and soups...that's an awesome idea!!! I don't know how we don't cross paths @ Trader Joe's lol because I am always there on 17N! Now there is a new one in Clifton but I alternate because they don't carry a few things like that coconut oil spray....keep up the awesome work and rock on w/ those kickboxing classes! Nice way to change it up! :)
