I have always been interested (well most of my adult life) in how the body and mind work so I have decided to get into studying about nutrients as they both effect mind and body, plus I love that what we about & how it can think and I have seen first hand just how our thoughts can shape our surroundings , so my journey into wellness at 100% includes fitness also. an overall well being, lol.
If anyone has any links into understanding how nutrients work in your body, please let me know, I understand the basics but I would really love to delve deeper into it

    A perspective I haven't explored, sounds interesting. I think I will check out the nutritiondata.self.com link too! Barre is a very good connect your mind to your body workout, as is yoga... emoticon

    Know what you eat. Lots info on the food you eat as well as recipe analysis. I thought it was great.

    very neat. I don't know if I have much information on the nutritional end, but the book we're reading in TEAM MOTIVATORS, The Self Compassionate Diet was written by a psychiatrist who was interested in food and mind correlations
