1. Farmer's Market was great yesterday. I just need to go before 10am. There were no carrots left. And what do I love? Carrots! I did get some strawberries, bok choy, and spinach.
2. Did my Sunday weigh-in. I was four pounds heavier. I'm going to call bs on that. I have been doing 30 minutes of strength training with a five pound weight this week. My muscles are noticable. Also, I think I'm retaining water. I refuse to believe that I had an ACTUAL four pound gain. I'll keep up my good work this week and get back on the scale next week.
