Carb Nite - Day Four - Tooo Much Fat

(Blog post is a little late...)

8:30am-ish – Finally got my ass outta bed on this fine Saturday morning I originally woke up at 7am. Fo realzies. But no, Ian lemme sleep another hour. You know the drill. Bathroom. Coffee. Book.

9:30am – First bowel movement since I started this diet. Sorry... I have to mention this kinda stuff for my own good. All's well in that... area.

11:30am – Cooked and then ate 2 large eggs in tbsp of coconut oil with 1/4cup of shredded parm cheese with about 6oz leftover chicken taco meat from last night. also one serving, 2 tbsp, of Pace picante salsa sauce medium heat. Also cleaned up the kitchen cuz it was hella dirty from last night. Prolly b/c our microwave oven caught fire last night when Maggie tried to toast taco shells. But the microwave oven ok. the tacos not so much. Also drank 16fl oz of water with my meal.

12:18pm – Number one.

12:30pm – Showered cuz I had sunblock on since yesterday and I looked filthy. dry shave ftw. Also brushed teeth. I realized today and tomorrow I don’t work out. A relief but at the same time I’m sad cuz I was looking forward to lifting.

1:20pm-ish – While helping out in a construction project in the back yard I injured my finger. Owie.

2:15pm – Number two

4:03pm – 4oz Glenrock top round, 2oz provolone, .25cup of blueberries. also a cup of coffee with ice in it and splenda. No cream this time.

6:50pm – Number one.

7:30pm-ish – I met Ian for lunch at the mall. Until I am better acquainted with what I can and cannot eat, I looked up the best thing to eat where he wanted to go. Chick-fil-a chicken strips 4pc, one packet of honey roasted BBQ sauce and 8oz water. I took off what bread I could from the chicken. I didn’t know what sauce I wanted to have with my chicken so I asked them for a nutrition facts pamphlet so I wouldn’t have to guess. They happily gave me one. Also bought two 1.37oz packets of Almond Crush Pocky for Carb Nite.

8:30pm – Packet of Metamucil in water. Surprisingly tasty. I need to keep my fiber up. But I'll also look for a low carb version too. Must consult the book.

12:00am – The day, which was largely good, ended on a bad note. I got angry and ranted a bit. but that was hours ago. I was also hungry and had .4oz of extra sharp cheddar it was admittedly delicious but it was the first time I truly wanted a cookie or 3, you know? a Pocky woulda been nice... Alas only cheese. And I cant even have crackers with it...
