Not a great weigh in. I was UP two pounds. I'm not entirely sure why that happened. I ate pretty well this last week. Water could have been better. Game plan for this next week:
When in doubt, drink water!
30 minute walk with the kiddos before Noon!
Eat a fruit or vegetable at every meal.
Wear my Fitbit daily.
Let's see if we can't get that scale to move down again!
