Weigh-in 5/4

Not a great weigh in. I was UP two pounds. I'm not entirely sure why that happened. I ate pretty well this last week. Water could have been better. Game plan for this next week:

When in doubt, drink water!

30 minute walk with the kiddos before Noon!

Eat a fruit or vegetable at every meal.

Wear my Fitbit daily.


Let's see if we can't get that scale to move down again!

    I gained last week too! Couldn't figure out why, especially since my clothes were looser; but three days later I'd lost the gain plus two more pounds, so maybe it was water retention. Since the gaining weigh-in I've been VERY careful to drink enough water, which prevents retention. My favorite way to measure weight loss is by how my clothes fit. The scale can fluctuate hourly, especially for women. Sounds like you're doing everything right!
