A pep drink

These days I am sick so I have lost some weight in the bad way
- meaning - staying in bed for long time a day and not being hungry so weight loss is muscle loss
So I am concerned about what to do to get up in energy and up in strength..
Here is my drink of recommended herbs:
From my garden I took a half handful stinging nettle (with gloves on)
and a half handful mint leaves
I rinsed them with cold water and cut them in small pieces with scissors
and put them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of chamomile

Boiled water for my teapot warmed it - and put the ingredients into the pot
Let it brew for about 8-10 minutes and sewed it into a thermos and my teacup
That is that.. by the way I also put some juice in from an orange I squeezed
