Daily Goals:

YES - 60 minutes of cardio
YES - 20 minutes of dumbbells
NO - Salad, protein shake, and fruit for lunch
NO - Oatmeal and string cheese for breakfast
NO - Fruits and veggies for snacks
YES - 1,200 calories a day
YES - 8+ glasses of water daily
YES - Only drink water and iced coffee
YES - Track on Spark daily
NO - Eat clean as much as possible
YES - Burn at least 500 calories daily
