How much do I weigh?

I gained 4 lbs a couple of weeks ago. Since then, I've tried to get back on track with my healthy eating. I attribute the gain to eating out a lot, even though where I ate they made accomodations for my dietary restrictions. Who can guarantee anything? Only I can. I also plowed my way through two boxes of graham crackers in just a few days.
It's going to happen. I haven't stepped on a scale since, and I prefer to take about a month to work my way back down again.
Maybe longer! I'm going home for a week next week, and I plan to do a lot of my own cooking, and a lot of resting, although planning and doing are often two wildly different things!! But it will be grand, no matter what. I'm looking forward to it. I can't say how i will eat - will I be obsessive/compulsive? Will I be "normal"? Somewhere in-between? There are no guarantees in the business of eating for optimal health. I can do my part by stocking up on fresh fruits and veg, and taking my cooking grimoire with me to refer to. It's full of classic recipes, but also full of the new recipes that I use the most. I can also pack my high-speed blender along, and my collections of grains and nuts. Local stores will have whatever else I can't pack along - tofu, almond milk, etc.
