Recap of day 12 of 30 day challenge #2 with the following:
-no fast food
- under 2,000 calories
- 6 days of 30 minutes of cardio w/ 1 day of strength
- recap my days

So yesterday I did 30 minutes of ddr in the morning then I had to take my lunch early so I ate my food at my desk, so when my lunch time actually came I went and walked for 40 minutes out in the beautiful sunshine! So I had a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes of working out yesterday.

I got home from work and nothing was pulled out for dinner b/c I had forgotten and my roommate needed picked up at 915 and my other roommates asked if we should all go to our favorite place that we haven’t been to in awhile which is dennys.

So we went and I was getting a headache and literally sick from how hungry I was b/c the last thing I ate was at 2:00pm and it was now 9:30pm. So I bought a stack of pancakes and a cheese quesadilla. So the food got there and I gave a slice of the cheese quesadilla to everyone so there was only one left for me. Then I ate my pancakes. And was quite happy.

But then my roommate had bought a full order of nachos (which is my fav) and asked me to help her eat them. So I started eating and talking and before we knew it we had finished the whole thing. Then got my pancake puppy Sundae b/c I always get it when we are there. Well that sent me over my calories for the day. I had only 950 calories before I started to eat.

So now I know not to go somewhere with delicious cheap food when you are starving literally. If I would have passed on the nachos or the sundae I would have been fine. Lesson learned!
