I had a really productive day today. I woke up at about 3:30 this morning (my typical 5.5 hrs of sleep! UGH!) and relaxed and read until nearly time to get the kids up for school. Had an early breakfast, took kids to school earlier than they've been getting there lately, got groceries, and then got to work on laundry and cleaning.

I then took some time out to have lunch with my mom, more housework and laundry, got kids from school, ran errands and then went running. I walked to warm up, ran 2.5 miles and then walked another 8 minutes to cool down. I then went to Nebraska Furniture Mart to look for a new washer. I forgot that this weekend is the big Berkshire Hathaway stockholder event and the Mart was jamb-packed. I got a pretty good deal on a washer that was in the clearance area. Nothing wrong with it, either, just somebody had purchased it and then cancelled their order. I'm getting it delivered and set up on Wednesday and am paying a little extra to have them take away my old washer since it isn't repairable. The control panel isn't even made anymore (it's a 15-year old washer!) and each of the other things that need replaced cost about $200 each. That was a no-brainer!!

Still haven't heard how long before my oven will get fixed. They've ordered the part but I haven't heard how much longer before the part gets here and is installed. I'm really suffering without my oven! It's been nearly 2 weeks now.
