Day 1 - Recognizing the Positive

I realize that I've been making and continue to make a lot of bad choices. I'm going to try to see if acknowledging the positive things I'm doing each day will make any difference in my overall attitude toward health and wellness.
Today, May 3rd, I did the following healthy things:
1) I ate a frittata loaded with asparagus for breakfast.
2) My mid-morning snack was strawberries with balsamic glaze.
3) Before my single small slice of thin-crust pizza for lunch, I ate a cup or so of broccoli and cauliflower.
These are the positive items for the day. My goal is to have at least as many positive items and more going forward.
I'm open to anything.
