Here I am. It's Friday and weigh in day again.
Again this week, a teensy tiny almost a half a lb. loss. Today I weigh 154.2. A teeny loss is still a loss and I'll take it. A half a lb. a week, in a year would make 26 lbs. and I don't even have to lose that much. Ten lbs. would be fabulous.
This week I think I will try to plan out some basic dinners that I can switch off with. Dinner seems to be my biggest problem and if I have several to pick from (of things that I like) I think that would help.
Any suggestions out there on the dinner problem?
Exercise is going great. Do it every day and I've been trying to vary it some. I would like to try out some yoga.
