Weigh-In Friday

Here I am. It's Friday and weigh in day again.

Again this week, a teensy tiny almost a half a lb. loss. Today I weigh 154.2. A teeny loss is still a loss and I'll take it. A half a lb. a week, in a year would make 26 lbs. and I don't even have to lose that much. Ten lbs. would be fabulous.

This week I think I will try to plan out some basic dinners that I can switch off with. Dinner seems to be my biggest problem and if I have several to pick from (of things that I like) I think that would help.

Any suggestions out there on the dinner problem?

Exercise is going great. Do it every day and I've been trying to vary it some. I would like to try out some yoga.

    WTG!!! Great job on the loss!

    I'm a big salad fan at the evening meal. I can make a different salad each night of the week and be a happy camper.

    I wish you all the best on dinner plans. Dinner is the one meal that's out of my hands -- I just rely on portion control to make it work. My breakfast, lunch and snacks are MY responsibility and I've gotten them down to a simple healthy routine.

    WTG on losing again. What kinds of things do you like to eat? Tonight my friends and I are having a fruit salad with bananas, pineapples, strawberries, apples and oranges. Not sure if it will be plain or with a slight vinaigrette. emoticon

    spark recipes has several great ideas. if you track your meals on the spark nutrition tracker they have a meal plan you can use. i find i do WAY better when i plan because even my husband won't sabotage a planned meal...i get waylaid when we are too busy and just start to poke around for something to eat.
