On track for an on-track weekend

I have been doing really well for me in terms of my stick-to-it streak for nearly 2 weeks now. That is a big achievement for me. I have a real goal of breaking into the 150's and I am excited to know that I am so close.
I have changed my weigh in day to Mondays. This is key for me, as it forces me to stay focused on the weekends - focused on food, drink and exercise. When my husband says "let's go for a 1hr hike - let's do some hills" I now jump at the chance - same with carrying my golf bag for 9 in the late afternoon.
I also am working very hard to keep my wine intake down. This is a recurring problem for me because we collect wine and truly enjoy winding down with a glass in the evening and having wine with dinner. So now, I log my food before dinner to see just where I am for the day. This is then "mentally weighed" so that I am completely responsible for any excess food/drink intake for the day. I have to say that keeping in range is really tough, but so rewarding.
I feel rewarded for my efforts and so excited to see 159 real soon. I can "feel" the change in my body - I feel less fat. I key in on this feeling, knowing that each day I feel this way will bring me closer to a healthier lifestyle.
On track for an on-track weekend and looking forward always.
