Well this has been a pretty productive week. I was able to get in a workout everyday this week so I feel I am back on track. The beautiful weather is helping because I can walk or run outside at least 3 days a week and only have to drive to the gym the other 4. My eating still isn't completely under control. This week I have been so hungry. My plan of attack was to only bring healthy foods with me to work. It helped but I am still overeating on the healthy foods. So now it is time to limit what I bring so I don't graze all day long and increase my water intake. This is a long term journey so I need to stick with it and enjoy the process!
