May- Day 2

Ok well today was pretty uneventful, I exercised! Yeah! Woo! Success! I did a walking video for half an hour, ate pretty good, healthy. Had my dessert treat of 2 cookies I baked the other day. Didn't move around a lot today on account of I slept in. Tomorrow I want to be up really early! Today I spent most of my time sitting down ugh sucks . And then when I exercised it felt so good!
Got to keep my eyes on the prize, baby. 9 lbs in 29 days left. OH YEAH I get to check off May 1 (I forgot to check it off last night) AND May 2 off the calendar page I glued in my Fitness Book. And for today I'll write "dessert" so I don't forget or get confused.
I'm not counting calories really, I'm just reading the calories and being aware.
