I forget quite often it seems to track my workouts on my spark page honestly I tract more on my home calendar and notebook. I really like spark more for the occasional blog and to read other people's blog as I find them motivating. Is it just me? Maybe I should track better but the only way I have to get on is my phone and bad reception. And my old fashion method of trackking seems to work better for me. So yeah I confess I don't use my tracking device much :/

    I don't track my food intake on Spark People. I find the numbers don't line up often and since I have the actual numbers right here in front of me I just keep track as I go throughout the day. I'm also aiming for high veggie intake not specific numbers.

    I do occasionally track my runs but I don't track them all the time and I don't track anything else. My heart rate monitor is way more accurate than SP's estimations. My heart rate monitor sync's with a website so that's where my calories burned are tracked.

    I mostly use SP as a social network to help keep me motivated. Blogging, commenting on other blogs, team message boards...etc.

    Use it however it best works for you. SP tries to provide an all in one package for those who need that, but it's alright if you don't want/need that.
