SP's magic food tracker!

I don't know... it's just working. I track what I eat for longer than a week and the weight feels like it's gradually starting to come off. I don't feel like I'm deprived. I don't feel hungrier. It doesn't SEEM like I eat that differently when I track, but somehow I must. It's almost like there's something magic about tracking. Its the difference between maintenance and losing for me.

    the tracking works for me too somehow - i stop tracking or start estimating too much and the weight loss stops or worse - I go back to tracking and the numbers go the right way again

    I wonder if that would make me feel like I am winning this battle by tracking. It has been proven that it works and has helped many see what and how much of the bad they are eating.
