New Month, New Goals

Okay...I've been doing good with the exercising, but I've got to do better. And I've got to get my eating habits back under control.

May Goals:

Cardio 5 x's per week
Strength Training 4 x's per week
Core Training 3 x's per week

As for eating habits:

Exercise Portion Control
MORE fruit and veggies
2 bottles of water daily
Cut out the cheese binging!!
Get back in the habit of keeping a food journal
