890 Fitness Minutes for April :-)

Although I am not up to my pre-injury (last April) monthly fitness minutes, I am getting closer! I had been reaching 1,000 fitness minutes each month and was slowly not achieving that when I injured my hip/leg/back last Spring. Last month I hit 750 minutes and this month was ohhhh so close.

The "April Challenge" on the Motorcycle Chicks group helped immensely! I even got in fitness minutes while at a conference for work in Atlantic City. It helps so much just being accountable and checking in with the group on a daily basis.

Now if I can just stay focused on the 1,000 minutes this month, I will be all set!
