Shoulder bones, panty lines and fat backs

Have you ever looked in the mirror and noticed how you have "bra lines"? That is the result of too much fat accumulation on your back and is just as unsightly as panty lines. I have noticed recently that I no longer have this problem! I don't know about panty lines because my pants are too baggy to show them. I need to go shopping.

Can you clearly see your shoulder and collar bones? That is such a thrill when you havn't been able to and now you can. Try it!

There are so many rewards to losing just a few pounds and getting in better shape, even in your 60's. How about being able to walk around the yard without getting out of breath or extremely fatigued. Being able to bend over and plant flowers and vegetables. Sweeping and vacuuming the floors without feeling like your all in. I am so grateful for all of these gifts and know they will keep on coming. Join me in this journey and know that if I can do it, so can you.

    That back fat and above the belly button fat roll appeared once I turned 40. Though I have other larger body parts, I hate those the most newcomers the most! I know my other rolls and dimples well, they are me and have been for years! Luckily the back fat and belly are getting smaller with stretching and Tai chi type exercise! Congrats on your losses and gaining your life back!

    Thanks for the kind responses to my blog. You're right about things like climbing stairs with ease, picking up a child, etc. I feel like I'm truly reclaiming my life now, two years after a very serious illness almost stole it from me.

    Those are the rewards we're all working for.
    How about these: climbing stairs with ease; picking up your grandchild or child; carrying a gallon of milk all the way to the front of the store without having to put it down.
