Staying on Track

5-2-13: I have finished the SparkCoach sessions on Healthy living and plateau busting. Now I am on the "Consistency and Motivation" track, which I will be on for the rest of my journey. I have daily challenges. The first was to work in extra moving through the day. I danced to music as I was getting ready for work, took things to coworkers instead of emailing or sending someone else, and I did tummy contractions as I drove. The second challenge is something I already do - plan my meals ahead. Today, it encouraged us to not let after supper snacking mess us up - to close the kitchen. I don't have a struggle there because I plan my night snack in my tracker. It all comes down to tracking everything you put in your mouth, no exceptions.
