Carb Nite - Day One - Here We Go!

((**Fair warning. I'll be relegating my diary posts about my journey to power-lift here and they will be somewhat nonsensical. Filled with spelling errors and grammar awfulness. I document this on my phone and copypasta it over here. It's helping me keep track of how I do. Thank you! 7:00am-ish – Woke up, took day one picture, made a cup of coffee. added coconut oil and a tablespoon of whole milk. Must buy heavy cream and yogurt for later. The following pic taken in the morning before I started anything. About 190lbs scale-weight:

8:20am – Not hungry yet. Even after I finished my coffee. Plan to eat at noon.

12:00pm – I started to feel hunger pangs. But I am in the field doing research and am unable to address the hunger pangs at the moment. The job must get done first then I can eat.

12:20pm – The pangs stop after 20 minutes.

12:35pm – Had cheese and pepperoni from Wawa. threw out the crackers. Minus the cracker its between 1-3g carb total. I’m not used to the oily taste. Its something I must navigate. I feel thirsty even after about 23fl oz of water. I also plan to purchase the book today but I wanted to start early. I’m glad I had coconut oil this morning. Who knew it would come in handy?

4:00pm – I had a cookies and cream 14floz muscle milk. 9g of carbs. I also had 16.9fl oz of water. today’s high pollen count has made me feel tired and unable to breath mostly. I’ve been sneezing all day.

5:45pm-ish - Lifted 5 to fail during P90X Shoulders and Arms. 20lbs barbells. Did the equivalent of half the workout. Until I failed. Never felt so alive.

7:30pm-ish – Dropped off YogaX DVD at Jon's, he fed me turkey, mushroom gravy, and asparagus. Heard his nephew play the piano and gave him a copy of CarbNite since he is interested in what I’m doing. After I left his house I visited my nephew's house. Hung out. Then headed back home.

9:45pm-ish – Picked up some essentials at the store and snacked on one slice of deli turkey cuz I was hungry.

10:30pm-ish – I still feel great. First night in the can! Now it's the end of my first day. I still feel great. I feel like I can become a superwoman.
